Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-centric Customer Service Representative/Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support and the highest level of customer services to our customers on the phone and via email. This role will also be responsible for inputting orders into our system, generating invoices, and sending weekly marketing emails to our customer base. This role is an exciting opportunity to work within a local, growing, family business. We have a loyal and friendly customer based, and we try to do everything we can to resolve customer concerns and contribute to their company's success. Typical hours will be 9AM-3PM; Monday-Friday.
Duties
The Customer Service Representative/Office Manager will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a friendly, timely and professional manner on the phone and via email.
- Providing product information, answering questions, and making recommendations to customers.
- Utilizing excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, both verbally and in writing. Generating invoices and inputting order data into our billing system
- Entering customer data accurately and efficiently into our system to ensure accuracy of orders
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong analytical skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
- Experience with data entry
- Experience with basic bookkeeping (e.g. generating invoices) and excel, not required but a plus
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills.
